 Ireland

Born in the small village of Birdhill, Ireland, overlooking the Shannon River Valley, Olga's first experience in hospitality began when her parents converted their large home into the Birdhill Inn Bed and Breakfast. This family venture ignited her love of hospitality when Olga was only 15 years old. Later, in Ireland's lush landscapes, Olga Crowley refined her hospitality expertise at the prestigious Dromoland Castle Resort Golf & Country Club in County Clare. As a Senior Waiter at the Earl of Thomond Fine Dining and the Brian Boru International Centre, Olga developed a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceptional service. This experience in a historic and luxurious setting honed her fine dining and guest relations skills, deepening her appreciation for her homeland's cultural heritage and natural graciousness.

Geneva Switzerland

In Geneva, Switzerland, Olga Crowley enriched her hospitality expertise at Le Frascati Restaurant in Meyrin. As a Server, she delivered impeccable service to a discerning international clientele in a multicultural environment. This experience sharpened her skills in customer relations and fine dining, enhancing her ability to cater to diverse guest needs and maintain excellence under pressure.

New England

Olga's hospitality journey began in New England, where she honed her skills at The White Barn Inn in Kennebunkport, Maine. Working in Guest Services, Olga mastered personalized customer care and efficient operations management. This early experience developed her understanding of guest needs and luxury service intricacies, setting her on a path to become a distinguished leader in hospitality.

Aspen Colorado

In Aspen, Colorado, Olga Crowley distinguished herself at The Little Nell Hotel. As Banquet Director and Assistant F&B Director, she managed high-profile events and special occasions, overseeing a team of 25 employees and managing an annual budget of $3 million. Olga's strategic oversight and dedication to excellence significantly impacted The Little Nell, solidifying her reputation in luxury hospitality management. During her tenure, Olga executed weddings and private and corporate events at The Aspen Mountain Club, an exclusive private club catering to an elite clientele. She oversaw celebrity weddings within private Aspen estates catered by The Little Nell Hotel. Discretion and decorum were paramount at these events, and her team consistently delivered exceptional service.

Las Vegas Nevada

In Las Vegas, Olga significantly impacted MGM Resorts International and TAO Group Hospitality. As Director of Events at TAO Group, she managed 14 event spaces and executed high-profile events. At MGM Resorts International, she oversaw large-scale banquets and events at iconic properties, leading teams of up to 600 employees. Olga worked at the five-star Bellagio Hotel for seven years before transferring to Mandalay Bay and eventually to the newly remodeled MGM Grand Event Center, one of the world's largest convention and event spaces. There, she helped manage corporate events for blue-chip companies such as Microsoft, Salesforce, and Apple. Olga's innovative event planning and dedication to excellence showcased her exceptional skills in one of the world's most dynamic hospitality markets.

Napa & Sonoma Valley

In Napa and Sonoma Valleys, Olga demonstrated her leadership and expertise at Montage Healdsburg. As Director of Banquets and later in Food and Beverage Operations, she played a pivotal role in the resort's attainment of a Forbes Five-Star Award. Olga oversaw outdoor food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards. Her innovative event planning and ability to elevate the guest experience solidified Montage Healdsburg as a premier destination. The teams that Olga assembled remain largely in place today, a testament to her effective leadership and lasting impact.

Big Sky Montana

In Big Sky, Montana, Olga showcases her hospitality expertise as Director of Banquets at Montage Big Sky. She played a crucial role in the resort’s attainment of the Forbes Five-Star Award, recruiting and training banquet associates to meet the highest standards. Olga meticulously planned and executed high-profile events, enhancing guest experiences and solidifying her reputation as a leader in luxury hospitality operations. This venue in the Northern Rockies presents a unique challenge due to its remote location and dynamic weather conditions. Despite these challenges, Olga ensures that every event exceeds the client's vision, demonstrating her ability to deliver exceptional service even when the environment does not always cooperate.
